Unplug the accessory using too much power to re-enable USB devices

Will this harm my MB Pro? I've been working from home and I have 2 monitors connected(2 external+my laptop). I always get the message "Unplug the accessory using too much power to re-enable USB devices". I have HDMI adapters on both sides of my MB, should I run them off of the same USB-C port? Im not experiencing any issues, just concerned with long term affects of using additional monitors

USB-C Displayport doesn't work until HDMI is plugged in too I'm trying to connect an external monitor (AOC Q27P2CA) to my 2021 Macbook Pro 14" M1 running Monterey using a USB-C cable, but the monitor isn't detected. The weird part is that if I also connect using an HDMI cable, the Macbook then detects the monitor twice. I can then unplug the HDMI cable, and the USB-C connection works perfectly, including charging the Macbook. Until the Mac goes to sleep, at which point it loses the monitor, and when I wake it up, I have to plug in the HDMI cable again to trigger detection of the USB-C connection, then unplug the HDMI cable again. It seems as though the Macbook needs to have a monitor connected via HDMI before it can detect a monitor connected via USB-C. I could just use HDMI, but I would ideally like to use the monitor's USB hub and charge the Macbook all just with a single cable connecting them.

2 external monitors with 2 usb-c to hdmi not working I have two usb-c to hdmi converters. When i connect both displays only one works. If i disconect one of them, then the other starts to work. It is happening on a Macbook Air M1

External Monitor and MacBook Pro Should I unplug my USB-C to HDMI cable from my MacBook Pro while I’m not using it? Cuz The HDMI port still remains hot even when I put my MacBook to sleep and turn off the external monitor power while leaving the cable plugged with the monitor and MacBook. Just not sure if it’s safe. The cable I’m using is Anker A8730 6ft Type C to HDMI Adapter Cable 4K 60Hz [Thunderbolt 3 Compatible].
