Hello, so when I try to look at a photo I see a circle in the right corner. I would like to know what I can stop my photos to be downloaded on iCloud. Thank you for your time!

Where are you seeing this? On what device? If on a device, are you using the Optimize Phone Storage? Were you connecting the device to power and WiFi?
