Since installing Big Sur last week I have a had a persistent issue with Microsoft Word. I am unable to print and/or export files to PDF. It won't even show the Print dialog box. I don't have this problem with the other apps in Microsoft Office such as PPT or XL, just Word. The software is fully up-to-date and I have tried rebooting but no luck.
Any suggestion as to what the issue may be?

Found it I think, under System Preferences. Mine was also defaulting to "Last Printer Used", which was nothing. I changed it to my HP printer and it's working now.

I have found this work-around: Close Word, turn off Wi-Fi, and then re-open the file in Word. The Print Dialog box will re-appear.
It seems the upgrade adds a second printer line in the Settings Printer area. Simply delete that definition and magically all returns to normal
