Can't seem to get a refund for a Macbook Pro I returned to you
To make a very long story short, I returned a Macbook Pro which I purchased from you for a refund. Apple claims that it issued me a credit on 10/30. However, my bank account never received it. Furthermore, after talking with numerous people at BB&T, they are adament that the credit from Apple was never sent back to me. They have no record of it.
I have also contacted Apple numerous times but still I am getting no where. All I am being told is to wait.
This is not good customer service by Apple. I have called every number I can find for Apple but haven't had any luck so I reach out to you today with the hopes that posting this problem in a forum setting may help me somehow. Thank you!
