Is there a way to bypass Genius bar for depot repair? My laptop will not boot - I've tried everything. Found something that points to cpu fan failure as possible culprit. With limited availability at Apple stores, is there no way to send directly to depot for flat fee?

“Mac notebook, contact us and we'll send you a box you can use to ship it to an Apple Repair Center. We'll return your repaired product to you as quickly as possible. Depending on where you get service, you might be able to check the status of your repair online.” Start a service request https://support.apple.com/mac/repair/service

Thanks for the quick reply. Completely forgot to mention that the computer is out of warranty, so I'm assuming there's a flat fee charge to diagnose/fix. I'll call the number.
