Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

After sending a 16” Mac Pro to Apple for the first repair, the laptop went black and dark , would not boot after a swooshing sound

Can I get a new laptop or my money back. 16” MacBook Pro is only 6 month old and still under warranty I am being asked to send the unit back to Apple support for the second time
