Will the nike bands work on the project red apple watch 6? I can't choose a different band when ordering so I was just curious in case I wanted a nike watch band.

Yes, as long as your Apple Watch band matches the size 40mm/44mm of the Watch, it should fit. A 44mm Apple Watch band will fit on any Apple Watch that is also 44mm.
