Ear speaker grill on iPhone 11 is blocked

i used i phone 11 its a brand new used only one and half month it is in warranty till sep 2021 its looks like ear speaker gril is 70% block can be seen in pictures and also feel little bit vibration in ear speaker which is reduce as the volume is down it can also be ignoreable but its looks like ear speaker is crack call voice is loud and clear. Any one else has facing the same issue? can i visit the apple store?? please guid me waiting for answer. thanks
