Mail App Taking Up Space Even Though No Mail Accounts Are Enabled

I do not use the Mail app on my Mac. There are no accounts enabled. Nevertheless, the System Information app shows my Mail app is using TONS of data - 29.42 GB. How do I free up that space?

What size is this folder?

~/Library/Mail/

~ tilde indicates hidden Local Library

Apple hid the Users' Library folders...

From the Finder, select the Go menu at top of the screen, and choose Go to Folder.

In the window that opens, enter ~/Library, and click Go.
