Help! I can't install AirPort Utility Big Sur

Can't manage AirPort Extreme or Time Capsule routers on my new MBA M1 chip with Big Sur. I can't see devices or manage the network. Please fix!

Can not make my airport extreme connect to internet Can not get wireless internet connection. Yesterday modem would not connect over hard wire, cox cable man came out and delivered a new modem that allows me to connect over ethernet but can not get internet wifi connection that I have had for several years. I have an airport extreme and a airport time capsule. both were green this am before new modem connected. but neither can be located with airport utility on iMac or MacBook pro.

AirPort Utility not detecting AirPort Express (2nd Gen) to extend existing AirPort Time Capsule network I have an AirPort Time Capsule 3TB 802.11ac connected and working. I want to extend this existing network with an AirPort Express 802.11n (2nd Generation) but it's not showing up under Other Wi-Fi Devices ("No new Wi-Fi devices discovered") in AirPort Utility (v6.3.9). I connected the AP Express to the AP Time Capsule using a physical ethernet cable and AirPort Utility immediately detected the AP Express and I was able to configure it. While it was connected, I made sure that all devices had the most recent firmware versions available. However, once I disconnect the cable it's not able to detect it over wi-fi. Here's what I have done so far: Restarted my computer, AP Express, and AP Time Capsule Hard reset all devices and successfully re-created the network using the AP Time Capsule Screen captures of current config in case that can help Thanks in advance for your help.

Click on your Desktop, and then press shift+command+U. That will open the /Applications/Utility folder. In there, is the AirPort Utility for Big Sur. It works, as it just displayed my 4th gen AEBS.

Oh for Pete's sake! I tried downloading the file 6.3.1 online. Your suggestion worked. Thanks so much!
