iPhone won't stop asking to share Wifi Password from hotel I am longer in!!

I stayed at a hotel for the weekend and connecting my iphone to their wifi.

now i'm back and both my iphone and my friend's iphone won't stop asking me to share the wifi password for the hotel's network to my macbook (and his to his macbook).

I can't "Forget" or "Delete" the network from the wifi list because it's not longer there as I'm not in that city anymore.

I've turned off wifi on my phone, i've turned off ask to join netowkrs, and even with wifi off the phone still keeps asking me to "share wifi password!"

I turned off bluetooth and that stopped it but as soon as I turn BT back on it happens again.

Please help!!!
