MBP 2017 13 with LG 24MK430H

Hi, I have a MBP 2017 13,3” and when I connect it to a LG 24MK430H it did not stay in full screen (windowbox). I tried to use the Underscan slide, but this option is not available. When I close the MBP and restart the MBP with the monitor conected, it stay on full screen. This way, I need to reboot the MBP twice everyday before starting working. Anybody can help?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.0

Good evening, Bernard_1983,


We understand that your display does not go to full screen mode when it's first connected to your Mac. If you restart your Mac while it's connected it works as expected.


This could be expected behavior, but you also mentioned the underscan option was missing.


This option may not be visible depending on the model of external monitor that you're using.
