flags on mail

flags on mail

since I downloaded Big Sur Flags do not work in Mail on iMac or Mac book Pro. Do I need to do something different to make it work?

iMac 27″, macOS 10.15

I meant to say they show on iPad and iPhone.....

I just got it to work!! Had to click with right mouse key on the area where it says From ....Suject etc. and then you can select the flags. Thanks for all your help

Long shot but one thing to try: quit Mail and reopen it while pressing the shift key.

What did you mean exactly by they show on email but not on computer? If you could send some screenshots (with all personal info blacked out) and highlight the areas where you expect to see the flags, that would be very helpful.

Still cannot get it to work. Maybe not doing something right. It use to be so easy. flags show on my iPad on iPhone but the iMac is really where I need them. I'll keep working on it. Appreciate any additional suggestions.

I have exactly the same issue on my MacBook pro after Big Sur. Also, favorites don't show up as yellow star as they did before.

I can't flag emails in mail on MacBook pro, either the line version or whole version. Doesn't work.

yes I have 11.1 I really confused, I have tried re booted computer and tried every thing. Something must be set wrong somewhere but have not idea. They use to work perfect with Catalina.

Flags work on my 2019 iMac 27" w/ Big Sur 11.1. I just tested it on one email and the flag shows both in the email list and the email preview. It also shows in the Flagged folder.

Did you upgrade to 11.1
