logic pro x crash on startup

Hello, I have an old MBP 15 -2010 I had been using to run Logic Pro X. Drive got corrupted, I did a complete wipe, reinstalled High Sierra, Did all the gigs of updates (yes all of them) then downloaded Logic 10.4.8 and it just will not run. I get the namespace error "Namespace CODESIGNING, Code 0x1" and can not get it to work. I've tried running it in safe mode with no luck. This machine is a fresh install with all updates applied and a fresh download and installation of Logic Pro X (older version of course) yet I can not use it. Any help would be appreciated. I would like to use the pro apps I purchased but mostly Logic.

Thank you

MacBook Pro Retina

Exact same problem. Re-installed Logic many times successfully before - weeks of fun!! - , but this time, despite clean OS (High Sierra) install and multiple attempts, same error. I thought in my case there was an issue with Locations - I bought Logic via French app store. My Mac now defaults to UK Store and doesn't seem to change, whatever region or language is used during OS install. I have also recently changed the Hard Drive to an older one from a previous Macbook (same model A1278) so maybe there is an issue there? This HD once had this same purchased Logic app but in a different Macbook. This is my work computer - can't work without it. Interesting that another user has the exact same problem at the same time. Maybe another Apple glitch that they will once more quietly fix but never ever mention?
