I got an email with a charge for a subscription. When I try to cancel said subscription, I cannot find a subscription purchase in order to cancel.

How do you reach a real person (either online chat, email, phone, ANY MANNER POSSIBLE), in order to get a question answered?

If it is only an email, and there is not a charge in your account, it may be a phishing scam. See tips in here:
