M1 MacBook Pro with 16 GB keeps restarting unexpectedly

It is the first of may 2021 and i have it too.

Its a major bug it seems to me.

My mac mini M1 with a harddrive of 10gb true usb3 on it is crashed 3 times already.

My Airbook,M1 not jet...i hope.

For me it happend after the last update but i saw the it already was before the update.

I hope they come with a fast solution...

I bought m1 MBP 16GB and it restarted few times per day as well. I returned it and bought new one the same. Issue is still here. I use external display bluetooth mouse and keyboard. I think I’m gonna buy macbook with Intel. M1 is bot ready for use yet.

It looks like following recent owners experience that the new M1 IPAD PRO also has USB issues.

This is good news as perhaps Apple will now do something about it. Some say it is hardware related on M1chip board. That being the case only next version M1X or M2 will be needed as a solution.

Same here with M1 & cloud outlook, freeze and had to restart.

Just get used to these bugs because most of "3rd" need some time to transition.

Same here, sometimes my mac pro m1 16gb will just randomly restart, really frustrating

Happened to me today for the first time on my Mini.

Did notice when I turned on today that I had a few spinning beachballs.

Hello, is this crash happened again? or it just happened with this scenario (that you was renaming a lot of files).

it Looks like a software problem, try to reinstall the system.

Same MacBook Pro 2020 M1.

This is still happening on my M1 MBP 16GB - and its 5 month since original post...

I think it's Adobe Cloud that is the culprit with me.

Are you using USB-C or HDMI for External Display? You get SOCD error message?

In general, it is not that M1 is the problem, but that this software is not yet ready for Big Sur on ANY processor.

Adobe has some work-arounds on their support site.
