Hello - I'm trying to update Apps on my MacBook Pro and get a message asking me to contact Apple Support, as my account have been disabled.

Be Skeptical. If it says you cannot login, you need to contact Apple.


If it says "your account has been disabled" (except for too many failed login attempts) DO NOT call any numbers you see on screen -- it may be malicious software or malicious pop-up ads.


If you choose to call them, use the contact links and phone numbers Niel provided above or ONLY from the Apple web site.
