Caller ID Unknow

One of my favorites is now coming in as Unknown Caller out of theblue. They’re in my favorites and my emergency contact. Name shows on messages, but when she calls me it shows unknown. She has called other phone lines on same plan and her ID shows up on their phone but now mine. Went into settings and turned off Caller ID and rebooted and turned it back on and no luck. Also erased her and added her again to iPhone contacts. Everyone else on my phone shows up. Help!
