iPhone 6, while on call suddenly the voice will fade out and the call drops with a message system failure. It happens every day. Some times we don't get system failure but the call drops/ fails every time. Any solution??

It looks like no one has responded to your question. Here are a couple things that might help others answer your question.
Have you contacted your carrier about the calls dropping and call failure? If so, can you share with us any troubleshooting steps they had you do?
Does this happen in a certain area or everywhere?
