check coverage apple
when i check an iphone coverage at checkcoverageapple.com and at repairs and service coverage, what does it mean when “consumer law doesnt apply” is stated?

actually i checked this for a secondhand iphone Xr, which im looking forward to buy.... what do u think? bcs i checked the imei at imei.info, it stated that estimated purchase date is on 15/07/2020, so it supposed to be under warranty right? can it be not legit or something?
