I tried to contact apple support to tell them my toch screen is not responding. The chat line sais'put in serial number"...but I can't open and I can't proceed with chat. And I can't call as can't open phone!
I tried to contact the apple chat line to tell them my touch screen is not working on my iphone 11 . it asked for my serial number in order to proceed but I can't open the phone to get it. And I can't call for same reason. Suggestions on how to get around this?
