since a few days I have a super high ping (200) with my iphone 8 which is up to date (I did "reset network settings"). I did the test with the Speedcheck app and I compared it with my brother's iphone 8 which has the same 4G plan as me and he has a ping of about 20.
Result, my connection is slow

What were you pinging, and over Wi-Fi or cellular? cellular
I just did a test with my brother's phone and his ping is 20 ms and the download is 180 Mbps.
Me, I have 200 ms and ... 0 downloading and uploading...

WOW, I can't even those kind of upload speeds on my Xfinity broadband! I'm lucky if I get 6Mbps.
What were you pinging, and over Wi-Fi or cellular? 200 ms is about right for a cellular connection. 20 ms is about right for Wi-Fi. 20 ms is clearly not for a cellular connection.
The ping value is not that important for data transfer, as data transfers once started pipeline packets, so only the first packet will take an extra 200 ms.
Wow, 180Mbps is quite a LTE connection. If you are connected to the same cellular network, I would be contacting my carrier.
I don’t believe your brother was connected only to cellular. No cellular channel can download at 180 Mbps. Most can’t go above 20 Mbps. I’m certain your brother was connected to Wi-Fi.
Impressive. I guess France has faster cellular networks.
