I backed up my entire library in iphoto on external drive I bought new mac running Photo and when I tried to restore my library to it it gives message that Iphoto is no longer supported is there anyway I can get round this and restore my library to new mac

Sorry Im Not very good with macs where do i find "Drive" to drag into?
Choose Home from the Finder's Go menu and double-click Pictures.
