No one can hear me on calls using AirPods

Hello,

For the past year that I purchased my AirPods no-one has been able to hear me on phone calls where I am connected using my AirPods. I can perfectly listen with AirPods to any podcasts, music and the phone speaking to me, I can record my voice in Instagram videos, camera videos but nobody can hear me when I speak on phone calls or online meetings. Any advice?

Hello, khanumfrombaku.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

From your post, no one is able to hear you when using the AirPods during a call. We'd like to help. What app are you using for calls and online meetings? If you're using the Phone app, make sure that AirPods is selected as the audio source.

Also, check your settings for the AirPods, try adjusting the microphone to either left/right or Automatic: Adjust the settings of your AirPods

Try making a FaceTime or FaceTime Audio call.

If these steps didn't help, Reset your AirPods

Keep us updated.

Cheers!
