Big Sur Dark Mode issue

Hi community, in Big Sure my dark mode isn't working correctly. By switching to dark mode in settings, only the Dock changes in color, all other windows and apps stay unchanged bright. (The only window that changes to dark mode is the "command-option-escape"-window.) Anyone similar issues, ideas how to fix it?

Hi maybe try this:

To begin set your MacBook Theme to light. After that:

Open the Terminal on your MacBook and put in the following:

defaults write -g NSRequiresAquaSystemAppearance -bool No

Restart your Macbook switch to darkmode and see if it worked.

If not, set your Theme back to LightMode. And open your Terminal again and put in the following:

defaults delete -g NSRequiresAquaSystemAppearance

Restart your Macbook switch to darkmode and see if it worked.

Hope this helps!
