I subscribed today to Lifetime TV but can't get signed in. It asks for our TV carrier, which is YouTube TV, but that is not a listed carrier. It also does not list Apple TV and I can't type anything in--must use their list of providers.

I subscribed to the Lifetime TV channel today through Apple TV but can't get signed in. It asks for my TV carrier, which is YouTube TV, but does not recognize that as a carrier. It does not recognize Apple TV either.

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 14

If you subscribed directly through the TV app then you would have to view all content there. It wouldn't apply to the LifeTime app, and that is typically where it will have a separate login, ask for carrier information.
