Problems after sync with laptop, then running iCloud backup.

So I synced my iPhone 6 on household laptop to backup my photos to google photos. It seemed to be running fine. I accidentally deleting something during this process and ran iCloud back up now. After that finished, I began to notice Google Chrome had a different set up, it had info from the laptop in there and a lot of things are how it was.

Question; how, if possible, can I restore it to how it was before the sync and iCloud backup?
