Apple TV 4 HD - Update tvos

Hi!

I have 2 devices and both have tvos 13.3 and i'm unable to get the update running on both of them. When i press update a circle appears and it spins for aprox 1 min then it reboots and comes back to the start screen and still on 13.3. I have tried the reset and the reset and update options but the problem persists. Was going to try and update through itunes but found that itunes is no longer available (on macOS catalina 10.15.7).

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!?

I hava an annoying issue with 1 of the devices that i hope an update would solve. When i watch netflix and press pause the system hangs and reboots after about a minute (every time).
