Are you talking about the Apple TV+ shows, or are you using the TV app to try and play other services' content, like Amazon Prime, HBO Max, etc.? If you're looking at Apple TV+, is it just one show, or are all of them affected? Are you able to download an episode prior to playing it? Is your network connection strong enough to support streaming video (best way to tell would be to try streaming from a different device)? Have you been able to watch any streaming content prior to this issue occurring?

Have you tried resetting the TV store cache? TV+ Preferences-> Advanced
The TV app playing The Problem w/Jon Stewart – an Apple TV+ show. So far, it's every one of his episodes. I can watch Ted Lasso and others. My network is 1200 Mbps, so more than enough.
