iPhone 11 Instagram notifications and Facebook login not working

What’s happening to iPhone??

I'm not able to receive Instagram notifications even after trying all possible methods such as uninstalling and installing the app again, background refresh check and notifications, check all are enabled still not receiving it.

In Facebook app, when I try login it throws an error saying please try again(password is correct).

Restarted the device multiple times still no improvement.

Even tries network reset , but still it didn’t solve my above problems.
