Ipad inserting letters

This is not so much a question as an answer. My Ipad does it all the time, but it is my fault.

if, when writing avword ( see it’s just done it), if I hit the space bar too close to the word I am typing, it will always do it.

The only solution would be for Apple to have a wider separation between space bar and letters.
