In Big Sur email, I want the search bar back, not an icon to click, is it possible?

So now in order to search within mail, I have to click the search icon then type in my search query.

Id like a full search bar instead of the added step. Is it an option? Ive tried "customize toolbar" and moved the icon all over from left to right, but I cant get it to stay open.
