My iPhone wont turn on, I need it to transfer info into new phone, it just shows the apple logo, I don’t know how to update it if it wont turn on.

I was trying to transfer info from my iPhone 7 Plus into my new iPhone XR and it wasn’t transferring so I canceled it to try again and turned off the 7 plus. When I went to turn on the 7 plus it would show the apple logo but wouldn’t turn all the way back on. I don’t know if my iCloud was signed into the 7 plus but I need to transfer the info over, or at least get the 7 plus turned on.

Try a forced restart and see if that allows the phone to start up. Press and hold both the Top (or Side) button and the Volume Down buttons until you see the Apple logo.
