not enough storage on apple watch for update

I deleted all added apps off watch, only have apple installed apps. even needed to take off timer repeat app.

tried to delete photos- don't sync with photo app. I changed photo app to sync with album with one photo and it didn't update to delete photos on watch

can I delete contact info on apple watch? app is Apple installed be use to much storage space? contacts are taking too much room
