The new Air has two Thunderbolt 3 ports. I have an older iPhone 6 that I'll want to plug in to do backups. If I buy a Lightning to USB-C cable, will it allow me to plug in to the computer for phone backups? I'm not finding any cables configured with Thunderbolt on one end and USB-C on the other.

So I would plug the hub into the computer & then I can plug any other type of USB connector into the hub and all is well? Looks like this could work! Thanks -
