what is that spot thing on my camera? i try to wipe it , but its still there... help!!!

heres a picture of the spotting on a piece of a4 paper and a wall. it happnds/appear at lowlight. when i face my camera towards smthng bright, the spotting cant really be seen. this doesnt happend before :( i notice this problem around last week.
You took a picture of the screen of a Windows computer. I see the spot. Is it possible that the spot is actually on the computer screen and you are seeing it through your camera? Does it appear on every picture that you take with a light background?

I see it. It is almost as if there are dust particles moving around in front of the lens. I state that because the spots are not stationery so it cannot be a hardware issue because then it would be a consistent area. Try using a clean, soft, lint-free cloth and wipe down the outside of the lenses.

i try cleaning it with soft lint free cloth, its still there, is there any other option? could it be a dust that is actually inside the lens?
