Failed to scan with FujiXerox DocuPrint CM118w via wireless network

I used to print/scan on my FujiXerox CM118w machine via wireless network(AirPrint) perfectly, but last Friday I found myself getting a funny picture with only random dots and horizontal lines when tried to scan my ID card. Then, I tried scanning to USB drive and with a Windows10 PC with no problem at all. So I doubt there was something wrong with the Mac driver, but even after reinstallation of the latest official driver and reboot the system many times, the problem persists.

I called Fuji Xerox's technical support and was told it would be problem with the AirPrint interface.

Does anybody could give me a hand on this? Thx in advance.

Greetings, wilsonli_gz!

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you're having an issue scanning documents from your Mac. You've follow excellent steps so far and at this point, we recommend checking out this article to Print wirelessly from your Mac to an AirPrint printer. While this is specifically for issues printing, the steps will also help with issues scanning.

If the issues continue, we would recommend reaching out to Apple directly by checking out this link to Get Support and they will be more than happy to proceed with additional steps.

Have a wonderful day!
