Getting -2003F error on starting macbook pro

I got a macbook pro a year ago and hardly used it in first 6 months, but then when i started using it regularly, every now and then i used to get some unexpected error occured and mac gets restarted , so i called apple services online and they advice to to do a reinstall , i did that and ever since i'm in this endless loop of getting question mark flashing on my screen or the -2003F error.

I can't believe people spent so much money on apple products outside USA , especially in India and i'm sitting ducks here without any help
