iOS 14 beta??

I downloaded the beta in august and it really messed up my phone. I’m really confused on how I can get rid of the iOS 14 beta so I can download the real thing. I also am using an iPhone 6s so I only have 16gb storage I don’t have enough storage to download manually can anyone pls help me
