Attach File Button in Gmail/Vimeo Does Not Work in Safari

Hi, today for some reason I am not able to attach any files to my Gmail - clicking the paperclip does absolutely nothing whilst using safari, the same applies to Vimeo for trying to upload files. It works fine in Firefox. I have deleted History/Cookies and allowed Pop-ups in the Safari preferences for gmail/google but that still has no effect. I am using Safari 14.0.1 Mac Mojave version 10.14.6

Please help!!
