Average memory usage on Macbook Pro?

I bought my Macbook Pro ( Mid 2020) and I have barely used it. I turned it on today to do my daily job, however I realise that it was running A LITTLE BIT slow so I checked my "Memory Usage", found on the Activity Monitor, and saw that it was/is 21,8GB out of 32GB. I believe it is too much - what can be the problem behind this ?

I also did a speed comparison with Lenovo ( company provided ) and it seems Lenovo is working much faster than my macboook?

Any help please?
