Hi! Just wondering if I should be receiving an email to confirm my request for a trade-in kit. I've registered 3 times and still nothing...

You should receive a email confirming that your trade-in package is on the way.
The email should arrive a few minutes after registering. Could the email perhaps be in the junk mail by accident?
