Received a scratched new iphone
My iphone 12 have scratches on its screen when I removed its screen protecting layer after I unboxed. Please suggest what should I do and if it can be replaced.
iPhone 6s, iOS 13
From where did you purchase the phone? If from an Apple store then you should contact them & request an exchange.
If from another store or third party seller then it may not be a new phone.
