Yoga option not showing on Apple watch workouts

Hi team,

Since the last update Yoga hasn't been on option on my Apple watch (early series) under workouts (little running man). I've dug around but everything I've found points back to 2017 before it was an option at all. Quite confusing as I can't get the Nike Training Club app to show up on the watch now either. It shows it as on option on the app but automatically removes it from the watch. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Perhaps the Yoga workout somehow got deleted. See the "Add a workout" section in:

If that doesn't help, the first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that still doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.
