iPhoto pictures no longer upload to Blogger with Mojave 10.14.6 update installed

Until last week, when an update to Mojave 10.14.6 was installed on my MacBook Pro, I have been able to upload pictures from iPhoto to Blogger. I most often use Safari to write blog posts. Now I am unable to upload pictures whether I use Safari or Google Chrome.

In Safari, from this screen, NOTHING happens when I click "Choose Files."

When in Google Chrome, I get past Choose Files and am stopped at this iPhoto screen "Open Photos to see your photos in this list." Photos will NOT open. Photo Booth works, but that's not where my blog photos are located. Can anyone help?
