I am no longer able to use my iPad to connect as a video source for presentations. It shows the screen for about 1-2 seconds and then goes blank and the blue adapter icon disappears on iPad. Is there a fix for this? Thank you.

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. We understand you are having problems sharing your iPad video using an HDMI adapter. You may need to test with a different adapter, cable, and display. Be sure to follow the resource below, to ensure everything is set up correctly.
You may also want to see if utilizing AirPlay will be a viable option.
