LG Ultrafine 5k monitor issue - wavy vertical lines

I bought new 2 LG Ultrafine 5k monitors from Apple store.

About once a day, I am getting wavy vertical lines on the monitor. (picture attached, see "Less" or "at")

The issue is mitigated after reconnecting the thunderbolt cable.

But it is coming back almost every day and I had do reconnect thunderbolt cable every time.

It is happening to both monitors and they are connected to 16 inch Macbook pro. (2019 model, Catalina)

I asked Apple customer support and they said they are not responsible for the monitors.

I asked LG customer support and they said pack and send them to LG which will take a few weeks.

Because I am using monitors heavily every day, I am looking for a solution without sending it to LG.

I don't know if the issue is Macbook pro, Monitor, or Thunderbolt cable.

Does anyone have same issue or know how to resolve the issue?
