My phone isn’t on mute or connected to Bluetooth device and sound is fully up. But
when I play a video of something I’ve recorded, the sound button is greyed out and there is no sound. Even on new videos I take or try to play old videos. Even if I take a video and send it to someone they can’t hear sound.

Thanks, but that didn’t help. I can get sound if I watch older videos, just anything since I recorded since yesterday. All calls work and if I watch you tube for example the sound is fine, it’s just recording videos
