iPhone (middle east version)

I’m going to buy iPhone 12 pro max from the UAE the middle east version

i want to know will the FaceTime and iMessages work fine for the other countries (like Egypt) ?

and what other drawbacks or features i would loose if i get the middle east version not the international or the HK version ?

and what about the warranty also ?
