Calculator Vault App Not working after recent upgrade to iOS 14.2

Has anyone in the greater Boston area found an IT service company that was able to do this for you? I'm looking to drop my phone off somewhere and have them attempt to retrieve the date on the phone (calculator+) I gave it to one place but they weren't able to figure it out using the tools that others have posted on this chain. Thank you for your help

This is the particular Calc+ app that isn’t working for me. I want to be able to use “Fireman’s” method with the iTunes backup / iExplore, but iTunes keeps giving me the “cannot read this iPhone” error message. I’m afraid to erase anything or reset my phone in fear of losing my sensitive pics and vids in calc. Any advice?

I went to a pawn shop, purchase two iPhones that have not been upgraded prior to the 14.0 upgrade, tried transferring all my apps to the new non-upgraded iPhone, all my apps transferred except for the Calculator+, went back to the pawnshop sold the phones back for a considerable loss, but it was worth a try…. was worth a try….

I did this and it kinda worked. It only recovered what looked like about 10 pct of my photos. It’s difficult to find the files. My was called spycalc and it was calculator+. I finally got the backup in iexplorer but it seems incomplete. I’ll check more tomorrow and update.

Did you ever get resolution to this and get your stuff from the app? I am in the same predicament and I had really important wedding related photos that I am so upset right now about if they are gone. Thanks

I found this on a calculator+ Solutions website, “piunikaweb.com” their solution didn’t work for me, but they left this message at the end. “Still no fix? Well then you’ll be relieved to know that devs behind the iPhone Calculator+ vault app have stated that they’re investigating the issue trying to find a permanent solution.” Not sure to believe this, but it’s something positive, will have to wait and see?

I have done the backup, Tried extracting with iexplorer, iAmazing, and with iPhoneBackup. I have seen no data in any of the calculator or xyz tornado files. There is no option to offload on my Iphone 7. I have not deleted the app. I have tried to install by tapping the app on the screen, as well as going to the app store and clicking purchases and trying to update that way. No such luck with any method. The web page for the Calculator+ app I am referring to has an invalid contact. I guess its gone for good.

When you go into calculator+ ,then library is your library files empty ? Then they show up when you copy over?

when I open the library folder mine is empty I still copied to computer hoping they’d show up but it’s still empty on computer.

Calculator Vault App isn’t working after upgrading to 14.2 on new iPhone 13 pro. Tried to find the app on my old phone to reinstall and it’s not there. Totally heartbroken. I had very important pictures and documents in there. Please help.
